Placing concrete in formwork including horizontal formwork for flatwork.
Hand excavation, digging of trenches, raking, tamping, compacting soil.
Setting up of ladders, means of access, scaffolding and planking.
Tending all other trades including materials handling on site prior to final installation.
Installation and removal of temporary weather protection.
Spreading and rolling of bituminous asphalt.
Wrapping and covering with tarps, polyethylene or insulating blankets.
Patching the holes in concrete surfaces.
Hand grading of earth materials, curb setting, and landscaping.
Assembly of manholes, catch basins and drainage structures (pipe layer).
Laying of drains, sewers, water distribution, PVC conduits or other piping in the trench (pipe layer).
Unloading of materials and deliveries to Project Site.
Handling and placement of riprap, slope protection, erosion control, and siltation control materials.
Stripping of concrete framework, including removal of exposed ties.
Mixing mortar and grout including grout beneath structural and mechanical baseplates.
Installation of insulation, dampproofing, and moisture barrier materials below or at grade on or beneath concrete walls and slabs.
Handling all other trades including materials handing on site prior to final installation.
This position is not responsible for the oversight of any other teammates.
Handling, rigging, and setting of precast concrete slabs, planks, walls, and curbing.
Cleanup of debris, grounds, and buildings.
Setting and stripping concrete sidewalk forms.

Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Sheet piling, lagging, and shoring of trenches and excavations.
Able to climb temporary or permanent stairs, and ladders.
Minimum 1-3+ years of experience within the construction industry.
Able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, reach, balance, and stoop on a regular basis.
Vibrating concrete.
Prepared to regularly encounter moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and a variety of outside weather conditions.
Concrete coring and cutting.
High School or Vocational and/or relevant work experience.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and safely maneuver around the nearby presence of various construction equipment and vehicles, on an active construction site.
