- Monitoring and reporting environmental compliance.

- Proven leadership experience in a quarry or heavy industry setting.
- Blast Design and Shot Firing NVQs.
- Strong understanding of raw material processes and their impact on safety, environment, and quality.
- Competence in heavy plant operations.
- SHE Quarry Management NVQ Level 4 (essential).
- NVQ Level 2 in operating at least three types of machinery.
- GCSEs in Maths and Science (or equivalent).
- Solid IT skills (MS Office).
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Work in a supportive environment where your leadership makes a real difference.
