Preparation of cost estimation for architectural part of the project
Providing information for & Attending Project review meeting / Internal review meetings / Management review meetings
Participates and Represents Jacobs in all Client facing and critical meetings to provide solutions to meet project objectives.
Drive and ensures system compliance requirements as per Jacobs’s processes and procedures and compliance to SOPs.
Preparation of Design Basis Report & Room Book

Planning / guiding a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM model meeting
Vendor drawing review.
Proactive review of Resource utilization and resource planning in the disciplines to ensure the productivity levels.
Coordination with various stake holders like Client / various internal disciplines like projects / electrical / mechanical / civil / vendors for effective engineering management
Reviewing the model / ensuring quality control on the model / guiding the
Monitor and review the performance of Discipline team members and providing the constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Providing clarification to request for information from site during construction.
Shall be able to develop Façade & Fenestration, Interiors, Sanitation and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering including options for look and feel, walkthroughs, presentations etc.
Providing Management Information for the Architectural engineering part of the project
Procurement assistance like providing technical clarifications, participating pre bid / post bid meeting / technical bid analysis / preparation or order specification.
Review and validation of Inputs given to other discipline to reduce internal rework.
Techno commercial evaluation of various options and recommending / finalizing the option to be adopted for the project
Preparation of Item description and Specification for Arch BOQ Items for Tender, including cost estimates

Ability to present highly complex topics in an understandable manner.
Developed knowledge of Sustainable Design principles.
Detailed knowledge of standards, codes and procedures and ability to transmit the same to others.
Deep understanding of performance, reliability, scalability, security, and reusability tactics and strategies.
