A good understanding of UK environment and sustainability legislation and government policy.
Full driving licence

Programme delivery experience with a structured approach to organising and documenting progress.

The individual will be comfortable working with experts in sustainability (carbon, water, waste, materials & responsible sourcing, circular economy, biodiversity, social value, community engagement, BREEAM, CEEQUAL)
Knowledge and experience of sustainability and how it practically impacts on the built environment, including some knowledge of whole life costing
