The Safety Specialist will own safety training programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and partner with leadership to continuously improve safety practices across job sites. The role involves leading new‑hire onboarding, delivering ongoing training, conducting audits, investigating injuries, and maintaining accurate records.
Successful candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field, at least three years of experience developing safety programs, and a strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work overtime and hold a valid driver’s license.
