Health & Safety: Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all programs and standards.
Operational Performance: Be responsible for achieving performance objectives (OEE, costs, quality, delivery). Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.
