Observe and document in-process and finished product at various stages of production to identify defects or issues.

A bachelor’s degree in related field; equivalent experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree.
Lead by example to include strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, can do attitude, great attendance, and excellent quality & safety awareness.
Proven work experience in quality assurance or similar field.
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Understanding the production and work order process.
May require travel required up to 20%.
Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
Physical fitness and strength to regularly lift 30-50 lbs.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills.
Regularly required to stand, bend, crouch and reach.
Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed.
