What you would be doing

Collaborate with deployment teams (e.g., NCI/ATAC) to resolve service-impacting issues.
Support capital deployments through real-time alarm monitoring, triage, and break-fix execution.
Create and maintain training materials and operational documentation.
Provide 24/7 network monitoring, ticket handling, and troubleshooting to ensure stability.
Mentor and guide NOC team members, providing technical leadership and skill development.
Conduct pre- and post-deployment validations to ensure successful upgrades and identify potential issues.
Coordinate critical maintenance and break-fix activities with internal teams and vendors.
Act as a subject matter expert across telecom technologies: GSM, UMTS, LTE, IP, and messaging.
Respond to alerts from tools such as One Console, Splunk, OpenSearch, NetScout, and CyberArk.
Monitor KPIs, alarms, and system performance; escalate issues as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding service impacts and resolution status.
Participate in troubleshooting bridges to resolve outages and degradation events related to capital programs.
Lead and manage network outage responses, from localized incidents to major events.
