The HVAC Project Manager will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting client needs and contractual commitments. This role focuses on profitable execution of assigned projects and maintaining strong client retention.
Key duties include managing subcontractors, negotiating contracts, qualifying trade proposals, and overseeing vendor purchase orders and equipment tracking. The manager also handles scheduling, change‑order pricing, close‑out documentation, punch‑list reviews, and day‑to‑day correspondence and meetings with project owners. All activities must adhere to company safety standards and consistent management procedures.
Candidates must have at least five years of HVAC project management experience and detailed knowledge of commercial HVAC systems. Required skills include outstanding communication, strong financial and business acumen, excellent logistics and management abilities, a professional image, and a proactive, team‑oriented approach. A valid driver’s license with a clean record and the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines are also required.
