Perform the twice-yearly demand-forecasting cycle, refining statistical techniques and collaborating to deliver a ≥15 % forecast-accuracy improvement and fewer EDC stock-outs.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP, reporting systems used in the PSO (Production Scheduling & Optimization) process.
Maintain a 12-month rolling master schedule that meets customer demand, stabilises material and capacity requirements, and supports inventory optimization.
Design and implement advanced analytics dashboards using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to monitor main planning metrics such as forecast bias, OTIF, and inventory turns.
Maintain the EMEA PSO dashboard to provide real-time visibility into performance metrics, forecasts, and planning measurements.
Translate S&OP outputs into a consolidated Master Production Schedule (MPS) for sealants and coatings, balancing capacity across the network and coordinating monthly supply.
Implement automation opportunities and digital tools to enhance planning responsiveness and reduce manual effort.
