The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator will enter data for shipping and receiving orders and collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve invoicing, shipping, and on‑hand inventory issues in the warehouse. Our company fosters an environment where creativity, invention, and discovery become reality each day, enabling bold professionals to reach their full potential while helping us achieve our goals.
In this role you will ensure the accuracy of transaction documents for incoming and outgoing material, evaluate shipments for compliance with state, federal, and global restrictions, and serve as the team's SAP system expert. You will schedule truckload and less‑than‑truckload shipments, assist with loading and unloading, scanning, and tagging as needed, and adhere to all environmental, health, and safety regulations while proposing process and safety improvements.
The coordinator will apply 5S+ principles to maintain a clean and organized work area, drive and inspect forklifts daily, and perform housekeeping duties as required. This position requires one year of logistics or warehouse experience and a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Candidates must reside within a 50‑mile radius of the facility (active‑duty military personnel are exempt) as relocation assistance is not available. Position criteria include the ability to follow written procedures and SOPs, work daily or weekend overtime, flex to different areas or local plants, lift up to 50 lb, and frequently stand and bend.
We are committed to equal employment opportunity and make employment decisions without regard to protected characteristics. Applicants with arrest or conviction histories will be considered in compliance with local fair‑chance ordinances, and reasonable disability accommodations are available by calling 1‑800‑836‑6345.
Our benefits programs are designed to support employees and their families, though specific options may vary based on location, hire date, and collective bargaining agreements.
