What you would be doing

Manage quarterly GST returns
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, planning, internal controls and compliance to corporate and statutory requirements
Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports, analyse and highlight variances against prior periods, budget and KPIs
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other authorities where necessary
Monitor and track capital expenditures for actual against budget
Manage full spectrum of accounting and financial functions including statutory and Monetary Authority of Singapore reporting, month-end, quarterly and year-end closing process
Handle property tax matters including liaise with property tax agent, prepare schedules and reconciliation

Minimum 4 - 5 years of working experience, out of which at least 2 years in external audit
Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA
