The Valparaiso, Indiana office is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with at least six years of experience to strengthen its Transportation, Water Resources, and Municipal practice. The ideal candidate will assume primary client responsibility and lead projects across these disciplines.
The company cannot provide visa sponsorship now or in the future; candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Requirements: a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; six or more years of civil engineering experience; a Professional Engineer license in Indiana or the ability to obtain one; experience as a design leader collaborating with a design team; direct client interaction experience; familiarity with state and local standards, procedures, and collaboration with cities or counties.
