Sales Enablement: Facilitate onboarding and ongoing engagement for new and existing dealer/distributor channel sales teams, identify differentiators to support messaging and new product development opportunities.
Program Implementation: Plan and execute channel marketing programs, guide the external and inside sales teams’ field implementation. Track market acceptance and effectiveness of product content, marketing programs, and policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the business category, Toro’s channel partners, and consumers while working with engineering, sales, upstream and downstream marketing, and operations to align efforts and messaging. Serve as the marketing liaison for supplier relationships, ensuring consistent product quality and availability.
P&L ownership and management: Set and deliver on financial goals (Revenue and EBIT). Work with sales teams, channel partners, and finance teams to develop financial plans (annual and quarterly revisions). Work with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
Strategy & Planning: Develop product and marketing tactics to meet financial objectives for the business, drive sustained profitable growth for the company. Develop and implement levers for market share and margin improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product management, engineering) to identify and drive high-impact sales opportunities and long-term product strategy execution. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure strategies are effective. Most importantly, maintain a ’80-20 mindset’ and prioritize the high-impact needle mover initiatives
This role includes travel 15%-20% (both domestic and international) for VOC events and meeting with customers, with related expense reporting duties.

Competitive Salary – A reasonable estimate would be $117,300 - $146,000 for this opportunity. The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
