This is key role in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and workforce capability across our aggregate operations nationwide.

Leading a national initiative that’s reshaping how aggregate operations are supported and optimised. You will have a team of specialists focused on real-time performance improvement across our sites, leveraging digital tools and remote monitoring technologies.

You will head up our newly established Heidelberg Remote Optimisation Centre Aggregates.

  • Lead a high-impact team in a newly established centre of excellence.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and reporting systems.
  • Provide strategic leadership across national aggregates operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and talent development across the aggregates function.
  • Develop and implement programs to uplift management practices, technical training, and operational standards.
  • Identify and deploy technologies that enhance remote optimisation and site-based processes.
  • Lead the team to deliver real-time support and performance optimisation across fixed plant and mobile equipment.
