The Role As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service, meet sales targets, and maintain brand standards at all times.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their potential
Manage stock levels, deliveries, and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
Minimum 3 year's experience in a Store Manager role, ideally within fashion retail
Commercially minded with excellent organisational skills
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service
Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
