Analyse expenditure, identify savings, and report quarterly

Oversee freehold/leasehold block management and student lettings
Build strong agent relationships and run quarterly service review meetings
Maximise occupancy and manage rent reviews
Lead and manage seven Residential Property Management Agents
Manage licence applications and process service charge invoices
Approve property-related invoices
Handle insurance claims from start to finish
Oversee service contracts and ensure compliance on MRI Qube
Review inspections, identify upgrade needs, and drive preventative maintenance
