Description

The role involves managing end‑to‑end stringing activities for both greenfield and brownfield projects in accordance with standard operating procedures. The incumbent will lead site execution, supervise daily tasks, and ensure that all work complies with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards in both charged and uncharged conditions.

• Manage end‑to‑end stringing activities for greenfield and brownfield projects following SOPs.
• Lead site execution of stringing works and supervise daily activities, including smaller EPCs and gangs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate with clients to meet targets.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with QHSE standards in both charged and uncharged conditions; conduct daily toolbox talks and provide safety PPE and first‑aid kits.
• Maintain site compliance with local utility and client requirements and document all permits.
• Coordinate ground liaison with local stakeholders to prevent work interruptions.
• Oversee collaboration among drone pilots, fitters, and technicians to complete work per guidelines.
