- Manage and facilitate stakeholder engagement through regular communication, progress reporting, and presentations.
- Ensure proper project closeout, commissioning, and handover to Owner operations.
- Provide independent review of design modification requests.
- Monitor and report on program performance, including cost, schedule, risk, and quality metrics.
- Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and program-level management for multiple design-build projects.
- Review design and construction documents to ensure alignment with Owner’s requirements, basis of design, and AHJ regulations and requirements.
- Represent the Owner in all phases of the design-build process, acting as liaison with design-builder and program stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the design-builder to identify opportunities for process improvement, value engineering, and innovation in the design-build delivery process.

- Strong knowledge of design-build delivery, project controls, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ten years of experience in program or project management of large-scale design-build or capital projects.
- BA/BS plus 12 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
- Experience managing and coordinating large interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Professional certifications (PMP, DBIA, PE, AIA, or CCM) strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in owner’s representation, program management consulting, or advisory services.
