The position is responsible for reviewing financial reporting packages, preparing benchmarking data and KPIs, presenting findings to clients, assisting with budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow models, providing technical accounting support, identifying operational inefficiencies, and leading and coaching staff.
- Review financial reporting packages and work papers for quality, completeness, and timely delivery.
- Prepare and analyze benchmarking data and key performance indicators to support client insights.
- Present reporting packages and findings to clients as directed.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow models per client engagement terms.
- Provide technical accounting support on complex issues to clients and their teams.
- Identify operational inefficiencies through client discovery sessions and recommend improvements.
- Lead and coach staff and senior accountants on accounting and financial reporting matters.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business, have four to six years of public or private accounting experience, and at least three years of managing associates or teams. Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred, and proficiency with major accounting software and strong planning, project‑management, relationship‑building, and communication skills are required.

- Possess 4–6 years of public or private accounting experience.
- Have 3+ years of experience managing associates or teams.
- Professional certification (CPA or CMA) preferred.
- Demonstrate proficiency with accounting software such as Intaact, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Business Central, Netsuite, Bill.com, and Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit strong planning, prioritization, organizational, project‑management, and relationship‑building skills.
- Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
