Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Coordinator for additional website content as needed, implementation, and monitoring website performance.
Collaboratively support websites under the division, including updating, creating and publishing website content.
Assist with Developing asset gathering for submission of industry award applications.
Provide tactical support to Rohit Communities’ marketing team on collateral development and builder sales tools as needed.
Conduct market research to support sales and marketing efforts, and delivering market analysis to better understand industry trends and competitor positions and marketability impacts.
Assist with builder meetings with material preparation, industry research, trade area and customer demographic data, and utilizing various tools and formats for maximum engagement.
Assist with Community Signage Program for the division including regular site visits to inspect for fallen/vandalized sizes, unapproved signage, landscaping issues, and other issues as needed.
Organize marketing assets, including file management and inventory.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for marketing projects.
Audit builder websites to gather assets and quick possessions to support project website updates under the division.
Event attendance and support for community and show home events, client engagement, and other activities.
Assigned marketing projects specific to the regions are well coordinated and, where required, managed.
Provide administrative support (invoicing, creating purchase orders, etc) for the Rohit Communities’ marketing team as needed.
