Conduct constructability reviews and ensure alignment between design intent and field execution.
Support engineering change management and resolve technical challenges.
Interface with mechanical, electrical, structural, and marine disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
Collaborate with engineering teams to review and validate design documents, technical reports, and FEED deliverables.
Manage offshore construction projects from concept through execution, including wellhead towers (WHTs), subsea cables, piping systems, and brownfield modifications.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Should have at least 10 years of experience in Subsea Cable & Piping, Wellhead Tower
Deep understanding of WHTs, subsea infrastructure, piping systems, and brownfield tie-ins.
Familiarity with international offshore standards (API, DNV, ASME) and marine operations.
Must have handled large FEED/EPC projects in the offshore field
Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments
Minimum 20+ years in oil & gas construction, with 5 to 8+ years in offshore projects.
Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
The candidates should have an Bachelors in Engineering Degree (Mandatory)
