- Manage contracts, maintain quality assurance, and oversee field inspection and code compliance monitoring.
- Lead or attend project site coordination meetings.
- Provide quality‑assurance testing procedures, inspection protocols, construction techniques, and ensure timely daily inspections.
- Review submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, and other construction documents and recommend approvals.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college.
- Valid NYS Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- 7‑10 years experience in construction inspection/management of infrastructure projects such as water/wastewater treatment plants, water distribution, wastewater collection, storm drains, and road construction.
- Strong communication skills to lead and direct project initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to shift priorities and solve problems at multiple levels.
Benefits
The position offers a salary range of $115,000 to $145,000 annually, with the final offer depending on experience, specialty, education, and other factors. This figure does not include additional compensation or benefits.
