The Role

Tasks

-Manage the delivery of IT infrastructure and support services across Water Corporation. -Drive continuous improvement, customer-focused service delivery, and operational excellence. -Provide technical expertise and services across the product backlog to deliver solutions that meet business needs. -Engage with stakeholders and service providers to ensure IT services are delivered effectively. -Evaluate and escalate high-risk backlog items with clear analysis and recommendations. -Support the planning and future direction of infrastructure in partnership with architecture teams. -Monitor, review, and improve the performance and quality of IT infrastructure services. -Oversee the management of Data Centres and ensure risks are mitigated relating to continuity, security, and compliance.

What You Bring

-Strong IT administration/coordination experience, including contract and project management. -Substantial experience in IT infrastructure delivery and management in a DevSecOps environment. -Broad technical knowledge across IT infrastructure and applications. -A degree in a relevant technology discipline (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent experience. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. -Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
