Experience with clients including state DOTs, transit, municipal, county, private, and business partners in Location.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in a relevant field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Strongly established relevant client relationships and industry contacts in the local area.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and craft approaches to challenging problems.
15+ years of relevant post education experience focusing on a combination of any of the following: Business and Operations Management, Business Development, Project Management,
Ability to influence and gain buy-in.
