PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
Deep understanding of the bus market and projects in Canada.
Familiarity with Canadian transit regulations and standards.
Ability to stay abreast of new technologies and competitive products within the field of practice.
Strategic thinking to align engineering projects with company objectives.
Strong understanding of bus systems, including civil, mechanical, electrical, O&M.
Bachelor degree in mechanical, civil, automotive engineering or related field.
