AI Scientist

We are looking for an exceptional Lead AI Scientist (PhD holder) to design and develop an AI-powered budgeting and forecasting engine that can deliver accurate predictions with minimal data inputs. This role goes beyond a single product: you will act as the AI brain of the organization, shaping and scaling AI solutions across multiple business platforms.

• Lead groundbreaking research while building real-world AI applications.
• Shape the AI roadmap across multiple products and business domains.
• Represent the company in research publications, patents, and conferences where relevant.
• Build models that can generate insights from structured and unstructured datasets, enabling predictive accuracy and automation.
• Propose and lead new AI-driven initiatives to expand product capabilities and business impact.
• Mentor data scientists and engineers, and align AI strategy with business goals.
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML advancements in predictive analytics and automation.
• Create optimization frameworks to minimize risks such as cost overruns, inefficiencies, or process delays.
• Serve as the AI thought leader across the organization.
• Work closely with engineering teams to embed AI into real-time applications.
• Research and implement advanced algorithms for budget forecasting, resource prediction, and financial trend modeling.
• Develop scalable APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise tools and external systems.
• Explore applications of generative AI and large language models for insights, automated reporting, and decision support.

• Time-series modeling and prediction
• Proven track record in building AI solutions for:
• Research publications or patents in AI/ML are a plus.
• Strong expertise in machine learning, optimization, and predictive modeling.
• Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to influence long-term AI strategy.
• Strong productization mindset: ability to take research from concept to production-grade solutions.
• Familiarity with natural language processing and generative AI for reporting/decision support.
• Experience with financial systems, ERP tools, or enterprise analytics platforms.
• Experience handling large-scale datasets, API integrations, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, SQL.
• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field (mandatory).
