Reporting to the Executive Chair, you will work closely with senior management and the Regional Board to define and execute the operational Business Plan, ensuring health & safety, people development, customer satisfaction and financial performance are met. You will drive new business generation, develop medium‑ and long‑term growth strategies, monitor KPIs, and represent the region in Group Board meetings. Leadership of recruitment, staff development, high‑performance teams and a customer‑care culture will be essential to the role’s success.
