Tasks
-Overseeing solution design, architecture, and development across Azure, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Power BI -Driving continuous improvement in development practices, governance, and use of AI-assisted tools -Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation -Delivering applications and automations that support Finance, HR, I.S., and Consulting teams in meeting business goals -Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, ensuring clean, testable, and scalable code -Conducting code reviews, guiding troubleshooting, and ensuring performance and compliance standards -Supporting citizen developer initiatives with training, tools, and governance

What You Bring
-Strong technical expertise with Azure, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power BI, and SQL Server -Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git) -Proven ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and build a collaborative culture -10+ years in software development, 3+ years in leadership/management -Familiarity with AI development tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes a plus), and cloud-native practices -Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
