-Lead daily tendering operations for the Grid Technology Sales product business in GB & Ireland, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions -Develop and manage a geographically distributed tendering team across GB, Ireland, and Bucharest -Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners -Champion continuous improvement and digital innovation, including the integration of AI in tender processes -Promote Siemens Energy’s grid technology capabilities while addressing customer needs and expectations -Drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and governance to support successful tender delivery

What You Bring
