  • Collaborate with functional SMEs & business data stewards to ensure clean, accurate data loads
  • Define and review technical migration documentation & data models
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot development challenges as an escalation point
  • Build, lead, and mentor a data migration development team
  • Lead full data migration lifecycle: strategy, planning, extraction, mapping, validation, load & reconciliation
  • Analyse complex source datasets and advise on data cleansing & transformation requirements
  • Run data workshops and explain data concepts clearly across both technical & business audiences
  • Oversee migration from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA using Data Services & Migration Cockpit

  • Own data migration project governance, timelines, risk management & defect resolution
  • Clearance: Active DV Required (UK Nationals Only)
  • Confident workshop facilitator and clear communicator across all technical levels
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week - non-negotiable
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders on data ownership, cleansing, and validation
  • Active DV clearance - essential
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and guide a technical team (without needing to code full-time)
  • Strong documentation and defect management skills
  • Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead on SAP S/4HANA greenfield programmes
  • Solid understanding of legacy data structures, mapping, transformation & reconciliation
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) and Migration Cockpit
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end SAP data migration lifecycle & methodologies
