- Collaborate with functional SMEs & business data stewards to ensure clean, accurate data loads
- Define and review technical migration documentation & data models
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshoot development challenges as an escalation point
- Build, lead, and mentor a data migration development team
- Lead full data migration lifecycle: strategy, planning, extraction, mapping, validation, load & reconciliation
- Analyse complex source datasets and advise on data cleansing & transformation requirements
- Run data workshops and explain data concepts clearly across both technical & business audiences
- Oversee migration from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA using Data Services & Migration Cockpit

- Own data migration project governance, timelines, risk management & defect resolution
- Clearance: Active DV Required (UK Nationals Only)
- Confident workshop facilitator and clear communicator across all technical levels
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week - non-negotiable
- Experience engaging with business stakeholders on data ownership, cleansing, and validation
- Active DV clearance - essential
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and guide a technical team (without needing to code full-time)
- Strong documentation and defect management skills
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead on SAP S/4HANA greenfield programmes
- Solid understanding of legacy data structures, mapping, transformation & reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) and Migration Cockpit
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end SAP data migration lifecycle & methodologies
