The Senior Electrification Application Lead provides technical expertise and pre‑sales commercial support worldwide, working with dealers and end customers to integrate DET technology into mining applications. Responsibilities include sharing installation and controls knowledge, communicating product specifications to sales, delivering field support, and contributing customer feedback to product development. The role also creates and maintains application manuals, conducts training, and assists with complex projects.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required. Candidates must have strong technical experience in electrification, power systems, heavy equipment or mine site operations, plus excellent communication and facilitation skills. Additional competencies include product support, influencing expertise, project and requirements analysis, and troubleshooting.
The position is based in Tucson, AZ, with full‑time onsite work and up to 15‑40 % travel, including global trips for sales opportunities, dealer training, trade shows, and design audits. Domestic relocation assistance is provided; visa sponsorship and international assignments are not available.
Salary ranges from $144,960 to $217,320, with compensation varying by factors such as experience and location.
