Perform stormwater detention analysis and earth work analysis.
Research and collect site specific information and perform site investigative due diligence.
Perform site design work including site layouts, grading, water and sanitary sewer utility design, and roadway design.
Review local municipal, county, and federal ordinances and regulations.
Design and draft land development concept plans for a variety of projects including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Prepare permit applications and engineering reports.
Perform quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates.

Knowledge of drafting site plans, grading, drainage and stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control highly preferred.
EIT or PE license preferred but non-licensed candidates will be considered.
Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
1-5+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, preferably land development or water resources.
