Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related engineering field. Master’s degree is preferred.
Work well in a team environment.
Senior level Engineer: 12+ years of experience.
Ability to apply critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques to develop options and recommendations to solve technical problems.
Mid-level Engineer: 6-12 years of experience.
Familiarity with computer applications including ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and water and sewer hydraulic calculations/modeling software (WaterGEMS, InfoWater, InfoWorks ICM, InfoSWMM)
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly motivated and self-starting.
Ability to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints.
Professional Engineer license in the State of California.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project teams.
