The Role
Overview
Administrative support for estimating & pre‑contract team in civil infrastructure projects.

Tasks
-Maintain the Framework schedule. -Log new projects onto the CRM and update status as required. -Check and upload compiled tender information from Estimating / Bid Team to Client Portals by the deadlines set and in the correct format. -Upload all incoming and outgoing documentation to Workspace (PIM) in correct document folders. -Regular employee forums to ensure all voices are heard -Maintain the strategic pipeline schedule. -Frameworks involving bridge replacements/upgrades, railway station improvements, tunnel works, and heavy civils. -Complete an estimating information pack to issue to subcontractors based on lists from Estimators inclusive of all drawings, specifications, schedules and relevant documentation. Keep enquiry tracker sheets of enquiries and quotes received and issue to Estimating team regularly. -Support Business development administration -Assist the estimating team in monitoring and achieving deadlines for return of information to Clients. -Daily bid preparation, transmission and recording the associated data. -Undertake duties such as report maintenance, report creation, statistics reports.

-Complete Pre-con Admin activities, such as: -Excellent attention to detail and confident communication skills (including telephone manner) -Solid organisational and planning capabilities -Confidence liaising with different stakeholders across teams -General administration including letters, emails and other communications. -Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues -Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities -Accurate reporting skills and familiarity with document formatting -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Strong PC and keyboard skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
