Proven experience as a Video Producer, Project Manager, or Content Producer
Knowledge of video production logistics—lighting, sound, camera work, and on-set coordination.
Hands-on experience with Asana (or similar tools like Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello), and a passion for keeping teams aligned through process visibility.
Strong project management skills—experienced in leading multiple concurrent projects and driving accountability across teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
Strong understanding of storytelling and visual communication principles, with the ability to translate creative direction into clear, actionable production plans.
