Tasks

-Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes -Oversee the design and delivery of innovative fire safety engineering solutions across diverse projects -Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes, standards, and best practices -Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded -Conduct technical reviews and offer expert guidance on complex fire engineering challenges -Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders -Provide leadership in Perth office and help grow the Fire Engineering team -Collaborate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated fire safety strategies -Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

What You Bring

-Preferably with a master’s or post-graduate degree in Fire Engineering -Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or having the qualifications/experience to obtaining this in the near future -Demonstrated experience in fire engineering design and project management, ideally within a consultancy environment -In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
