- Collaborate with legal and financial specialists on partnership agreements and other material commercial agreements relevant to Pattern’s renewable energy projects in Canada
- Identify and engage with community organizations and leaders
- Diriger les négociations commerciales et les démarches de consultation avec les partenaires des Premières Nations, les municipalités, les MRCs et les comtés (selon ce qui s’applique à chaque province) du Québec, de l’Ontario, et dans d’autres provinces du Canada.
- Support regulatory applications and public consultation processes

- Design and execute communications campaigns to build local support for projects

- Partnership and complex commercial agreement negotiation experience
