  • Collaborate with legal and financial specialists on partnership agreements and other material commercial agreements relevant to Pattern’s renewable energy projects in Canada
  • Identify and engage with community organizations and leaders
  • Diriger les négociations commerciales et les démarches de consultation avec les partenaires des Premières Nations, les municipalités, les MRCs et les comtés (selon ce qui s’applique à chaque province) du Québec, de l’Ontario, et dans d’autres provinces du Canada.
  • Support regulatory applications and public consultation processes

  • Design and execute communications campaigns to build local support for projects

  • Partnership and complex commercial agreement negotiation experience
