Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate service delivery and train technicians in water chemistry analysis.
Support the wider sales team with technical education and upselling strategies.
Deliver onsite water chemistry analysis for cooling towers, steam boilers, process water systems, pre-treatment, and water softeners.
Represent the company as a trusted expert in water hygiene and treatment.
Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and report on business development activities.
Manage and grow client accounts across the Midlands and North regions.
Identify target markets and generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and industry events.
Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close deals.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and act as the primary contact for new business.

Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a results-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of industrial water treatment processes and technical applications.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in water treatment systems (steam, cooling, pre-treatment, softeners).
Proficiency in CRM software and time management tools.
Certified in Legionella awareness and control; recognised Legionella qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, IOSH) is desirable.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development and client relationship management.
