The IAM Engineer is responsible for translating requirements into designs and authorization concepts based on the high-level architecture and selected IT solutions for project implementation. This role involves close collaboration with the Architecture team to ensure solutions are built in alignment with architectural principles. Additionally, the IAM Engineer works closely with the Security team and security architects to ensure all designs comply with security guidelines. Together with internal team members and external partners, the IAM Engineer will contribute to building and delivering solutions fully and on time to drive value for customers.
The candidate must also have practical experience in Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) operations. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing ZPA deployments, troubleshooting access issues, and collaborating with security and network teams to ensure seamless Zero Trust connectivity. Experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and broader Zscaler cloud security solutions is considered a plus.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AD, AAD, Workplace, Azure, and IAM administration, along with in-depth knowledge of AD/AAD.
