- AS-Technical Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant experience in: Quality Management System, Part Qualification (QA), Non-Conformance Management, and/or Continuous Improvement (Development).
- Read Engineering prints and comprehend associated Quality Requirements
- Alternate: 10+ years relevant to role with no / non-tech degree
- Experience with Aero-Engine OEMs (highly noteworthy)
- Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook – advanced user (macros, pivot tables, VB Coding – noteworthy)
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Minimum 2+ years relevant to role experience
- Gaging experience (manual, visual, computer based, SPC, etc)
- Superior Customer interaction

Pay Range: $50,000-60,000 USD – 1st shift Full-Time hourly role.
