Manage a regional Costing mailbox, handling queries and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate within a team of 12, supporting supervisors with daily project costing tasks.
Ensure accurate staff, project, entity, and regional data across finance systems.
Maintain operational oversight of the Arup timesheet system and related data interfaces.
Complete monthly reconciliations related to staff data and staff costs.
Develop technical expertise in finance software and contribute to ongoing system improvements.
Validate timesheet change requests and process journal transfers.
