

Seeking an experienced Project Manager. Must have construction project experience. The Project Manager leads multiple projects simultaneously. This role will also include assisting estimators and pre-construction managers. We desire candidates with 4-7+ years of professional construction experience. The Project Manager (PM) will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing project office operations and integrating with field operations; participating in establishing and maintaining site safety program; schedule development and maintenance; project budget development and maintenance; coordinating with accounting personnel, contractors and suppliers. Act as lead Operations Management person for the project team. The PM works in conjunction with the Superintendent, and may have other direct reports including APMs, and Project Coordinators. The PM reports directly to the Senior PM or Director of Project Management Operations.
