Cadrex is seeking a Scheduler I to develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand, capacity constraints, and inventory levels. The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and meet customer expectations.
The position is onsite with a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule. Employees work in an environment that includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, moderate to loud noise, and occasional electrical hazards, and must perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and using fine motor skills.
- Prior experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; data‑driven decision making
- Proficiency with scheduling software or ERP systems
- Excellent organization, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping
- Knowledge of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
