As a Field Technician you will use our proprietary T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues across hundreds of makes and models. You will perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on both rental and customer equipment, using independent judgment while adhering to safety standards.
The role also includes training lower‑level technicians, maintaining accurate electronic documentation, assisting with equipment and parts logistics, and traveling to customer sites when needed. You will keep your service vehicle clean and professional, and participate in year‑round OEM training.

The ideal candidate has advanced mechanical aptitude, extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics, superior customer service and communication skills, and must own the tools required for the job. A high school diploma or trade‑school certificate is required; field service experience and a valid driver’s license (21 +) are preferred.
Physical demands include moving, standing, stooping, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lb. Some worksites may require a clean‑shaven appearance, and the position is safety‑sensitive, requiring a 10‑panel drug screen and background check.
