  • Ensure that the programmes for the contracts are successfully delivered in a Safe, Quality and On Time Manner.
  • Report findings real time via a handheld device in conjunction with client and works control.
  • Keep accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered.
  • Manage daily targets for sample inspections.
  • Carry out in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site.
  • Investigate jobs and assign responsible operatives for commercial reporting.
  • Manage Client relationships within the client organisations across all areas.
  • Ensure that all contracts achieve turnover and profitability by maximising efficiency and minimising cost of failure.
  • Ensure that a 'Right First Time' culture is adopted and developed throughout the business.
  • Supports the manager to drive forward the targeted objectives of the team
  • Drive compliance to any regulatory measures that may apply to the works and operations that Circet undertakes.
  • Production Planner - for the management of Plan volumes into the Schedule, and the agreement of any actions required to support changes to the Schedule (e.g. in-fill work, etc.)
  • The Head of Production - the Work Coordinator will report into the Head of Production and these roles will work closely together for the purpose of delivering the plan, and for the purpose of escalating issues
  • Survey and programme work streams for supply chain.
  • Ensuring Circet achieves min services levels with the work areas being set up optimally which field stakeholders will confirm.
  • Report daily to your line manager of outputs, problems, issues.
  • Provide updates and reports on a regular basis to the works control and noticing departments.
  • Ensure all permit and noticing conditions are being met on site.
  • Fully understand and implement the company safety policy and procedures.
  • Carry out daily toolbox audits and safety audits with both direct staff and sub-contractors.
  • Use the correct working practices as detailed in training courses, process documents and job instructions.
  • Carry out joint site meetings with client and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Complete material sample audits where required.
  • Sponsor new ways of working which would improve delivery and service then support any activities being undertaken to implement change.
  • You're a real team player - If you spot something that could be better, tell your manager and your peers to share best practise. You'll also support your peers when their workload is busier than yours to drive your own and your team's performance.

  • Proactively maintain a high degree of knowledge of Circet's products it supports along with a good knowledge of the provision and repair process.
  • Able to prioritise well and good time management.

  • Comfortable and confident working to tight timescales effectively.
  • IT skills to liaise with group works control.
  • Experience of demonstrating good communication skills and of prioritising works effectively.
  • CSCS Health and Safety Roadworks Card.
  • Experience of managing civils / utility contracts preferable telecoms
  • Experience of dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectively.
  • A truly customer focused mind-set.
  • CSCS Signing, Lighting & Guarding at Roadworks Card.
  • Understanding of Circet products and service commitments.
  • Soft Skills - able to interact with operational work force and managers on the phone.
  • Ability to understand client's quality requirements.
  • Experience of implementing, following and amending procedures for the purpose of service delivery as dictated by the client.
  • Problem solving skills and think independently about solutions to problems
  • Experience and a strong understanding of the SROH.
  • Candidates should be professional; self-motivated with good communication skills and be able to integrate fully into the project delivery team.
  • Good written communication and call handling capability.
