- Drive innovation in quality methodologies, supplier performance, and commissioning.
- Define and lead global offer strategy across Process Design, Qualification, Work Prep, Shop Floor Support, Logistics, Tooling, Supply Chain, Data Management & AI.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and certification requirements.
- Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible

- Client Engagement – Work directly with industry giants like Airbus, Dassault, Safran, and Thales.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at key clients.
- Create reusable frameworks and best practices.
- Support global delivery teams during critical phases.
- Communicating and promoting vacancies
- Global Collaboration – Lead cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
- Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required
- Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job
- Act as the enterprise lead during pre-sales and business development phases.
- Develop technical proposals, SOWs, and support RFP responses.

- Proven experience in Data Management, AI, and digital twin approaches.
- Experience in international, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong knowledge of Work Prep, Shop Floor Support, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
- Certifications in Aerospace standards or PLM tools are a plus.
- Familiarity with PLM/Digital continuity tools (Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
- Expertise in Process Design, Qualification, Tooling, and certification practices.
- Extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense, with exposure to Airbus, Dassault, Safran, or Thales.
- Consulting or engineering services background.
- Understanding of Aerospace & Defense regulations (EASA, EN9100, NADCAP).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience leading global initiatives and multi-country delivery.
