What you would be doing

- Load and unload trucks with materials and supplies.
- Perform daily cycle counts.
- The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is frequently required to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Load and package items onto pallets, label, wrap, and strap for shipping.
- File requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
- Inventory, organize and label items within the warehouse.
- The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employees and customers.
- Clear and manage the materials queue in Epicor
- Pull parts for production and customer orders using ERP Sales Order Pick List.
- Clean work area and remove trash daily.

- Minimum one year of experience in a warehouse associate/shipping position, preferably in a manufacturing facility.
- Experience driving a forklift truck is required.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to lead projects to completion with minimal oversight.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow-through on assignments.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- The employee is frequently required to be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at an assigned area.
- The employee is required to maneuver to and in all areas of the office, shop, warehouse, or manufacturing floor.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised while prioritizing tasks.
- High School degree or GED is preferred.
- Attention to detail.
- Good data entry, math and computer skills
