  • Réseautage et développement des affaires : Développer un réseau de (nouvelles) relations externes, détecter et concrétiser de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en coopération avec d'autres fonctions, conformément aux directives internes et au marché de la location de grues.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and leverage an understanding of the crane rental market and Mammoet's engineered solutions to provide customers’ with innovative solutions. Monitor developments and act as a business partner to determine present and future needs for potential customers and explore new leads.
  • Planning: Develop and realize a sales plan in line with Mammoet’s crane rental strategy and standards. Identify opportunities that offer greater logistical challenges, develop solutions which involve more company resources including sales, engineering, operations, and specialty equipment. Manage, coordinate and present regularly scheduled project status and risk analysis to management.
  • Market Intelligence: Assess information on the market, competitors, trends and identify business opportunities to increase Mammoet's crane rental market share by sourcing new clients and increasing Mammoet's market presence and brand recognition.
  • Étude de marché : Évaluer les informations sur le marché, les concurrents, les tendances et identifier les opportunités commerciales afin d'augmenter la part de marché de Mammoet dans le secteur de la location de grues en recherchant de nouveaux clients et en renforçant la présence de Mammoet sur le marché et la notoriété de sa marque.
  • Networking & New Business: Expand a network of (new) external relations, detect and realize new business opportunities in cooperation with other functions, in line with internal guidelines and the crane rental market.
  • Reporting: Provide insights regarding crane rental market developments by means of periodical and ad-hoc reports and analyses in line with the business reporting requirements. Ensure management is kept informed on business critical information and act as a resource to branch staff regarding customer service best practices and product knowledge.
