The role provides comprehensive project control and supervision for rail and metro construction initiatives, ensuring schedule adherence, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee development, review, and monitoring of project schedules and the master program incorporating individual package schedules.
Develop and manage project reporting formats and procedures.
Create and maintain document management systems, structures, and tools.
Recommend strategies to manage project risks and improve financial performance.
Support timely and effective change management processes, procedures, and systems.
Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and provide statistical reports.
Provide guidance on project cost and time issues.
Manage preparation and maintenance of budgets and cost estimates.
Produce status reports covering schedule, financial analysis, cost performance, and earned value.
Generate critical construction milestones through detailed coordination with the Project Manager and interface evaluation.
Monitor and report actual work progress versus the planned schedule.
Track actual production rates and compare them with the plan.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess contractor progress against the approved schedule.
Assess the impact of design and construction changes and schedule slippages.
